Context

Businesses are ready for AI team members, but there was no way to hire one. Cyndra provisions autonomous AI employees that run on hardware the customer owns — not a subscription to someone else's cloud.

What we did

Yudame holds the CTO seat. We built the provisioning stack: configurable personas with persistent memory and a local skill layer, working through the same email, chat, and app tools as the human staff they join.

Result

AI employees deploy in hours and report to a human supervisor on the team they join. The customer owns the machine, the memory, and the configuration outright.

Context

The Oklahoma City Thunder's team psychologist had 25 years of assessment methods developed for the US Air Force — and no digital platform to deliver them.

What we did

Built the platform from the ground up — architecture, backend, data layer, and deployment — including a real-time scoring engine that benchmarks psychological profiles against team, league, and sport-wide norms.

Result

At scale nationwide, serving thousands of students, athletes, and businesses in English and Spanish. The Thunder won the 2025 NBA Championship in the platform's first full season.

Context

Marketing teams were pulling siloed data from Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta into spreadsheets by hand — and still couldn't answer strategic questions.

What we did

Architected the platform on PydanticAI with MCP-pattern data orchestration months before the industry standardized on it, and built the verification layer that keeps AI answers grounded in real data.

Result

Production MVP in six months on multi-tenant architecture. The platform kept scaling after our tenure ended — 400+ growth marketing teams today, including Ziff Davis. We build things that don't need us.

Context

Official, a relationship app serving 2M users (100k DAU), was headed into acquisition by Bumble Inc (NASDAQ: BMBL). The founder needed steady technology leadership through the exit.

What we did

Led all technology through the acquisition, then rebuilt the entire 8-person engineering team in six months and integrated data pipelines that cut report latency by 75%.

Result

Every sprint commitment met through the transition. The React Native app was handed to Bumble's engineering organization, aligned with the listed parent's operational and compliance standards.

Pricing for 700,000+ hotels worldwide, kept fresh and served in under 100 milliseconds.

Context

A global travel distribution platform whose hotel rates change constantly, across 191 countries. The existing system couldn't keep pricing fresh at that scale.

What we did

Designed a Redis caching layer between GDS data feeds and the consumer-facing API — real-time ETL processing 70GB of rates and availability per minute, with geospatial indexing across the full inventory.

Result

API response times dropped 85% to under 100ms, keeping displayed prices accurate and booking flows fast enough to convert.
